Shipping, Timing & Damage Protection

Estimated delivery: Once your pet photo and composition are confirmed, your custom portrait is expected to be completed and delivered within 10-30 days. This estimate includes hand-drawing, composition confirmation, final artwork preview, framing, packing, and shipping.

Shipping: Free worldwide shipping with tracking is included.

Glass damage protection: If the glass frame arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will arrange a free replacement, or a refund if replacement is not possible.

Preview Before Shipping

You will receive a composition sketch before the final drawing begins. After the artwork is completed, we will send you a final preview before framing and shipping.

Each order includes up to 2 free adjustment requests before shipping.

Once the final artwork has been approved and shipped, custom portraits are final sale.

Limited Weekly Commissions

Every portrait is hand-drawn by James: no AI filters, no automated effects, and no mass-produced shortcuts.

Only 10 portrait commissions are accepted each week to protect quality and give each order the attention it deserves.
