How it works
Pet Portrait Process
Here is what happens after you order your custom FurPawsMemo glass pet portrait, from photo upload to framed delivery.
Confirm The Sketch
James creates a simple composition sketch and sends it to you for confirmation, so the pose and layout feel right before the final drawing begins.
Hand-Drawn Portrait
After the composition is confirmed, James draws your pet's portrait by hand. Each order is made one at a time, which is why we limit weekly commissions.
Preview, Frame & Ship
When the artwork is complete, we send a final preview. Once approved, your portrait is framed between two layers of glass, securely packed, and shipped with tracking.
Typical Timing
Once your pet photo and composition are confirmed, your custom portrait is expected to be completed and delivered within 10-30 days. This estimate includes hand-drawing, composition confirmation, final artwork preview, framing, packing, and shipping.
