Custom Artwork Policy

Because each FurPawsMemo portrait is custom hand-drawn from your pet's photo, custom orders are final sale once the final artwork has been approved and shipped.

Sketch, Preview, and Adjustments

Before shipping, each order includes up to 2 free adjustment requests. Customers will receive a composition sketch before final drawing begins and a final artwork preview before framing and shipping.

Damaged Glass

If your glass frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will review refund options.

Return Shipping

Because custom portraits are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept general returns or exchanges after the final artwork has been approved and shipped. For approved damaged-glass replacements, FurPawsMemo covers the replacement shipping cost.
