FurPawsMemo offers free worldwide shipping with tracking for the countries and regions available at checkout.

Creation Time

Once your pet photo and composition are confirmed, your portrait is usually completed, framed, securely packed, and dispatched within 15 business days. This includes the composition sketch, final artwork preview, and any approved adjustments.

Preview Before Shipping

You will receive a composition sketch before final drawing begins. After the artwork is completed, we send a final artwork preview before framing and shipping. Each order includes up to 2 free adjustment requests before shipping.

Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 5-15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.

We ship worldwide to the countries and regions available at checkout. If your destination is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Glass During Delivery

If your glass frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will arrange a free replacement whenever possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will review the case for a refund.
