1. The Service

FurPawsMemo provides custom hand-drawn pet portrait services. Each portrait is hand-drawn by artist James. By placing an order, you agree to commission a custom piece of artwork based on the photo(s) you submit.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by FurPawsMemo remains the intellectual property of the artist, James, until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the buyer receives personal usage rights for the artwork. The artist retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear, well-lit reference photos. The final artwork is an artistic interpretation and may not be an exact photographic replica. Color accuracy may vary depending on screen settings.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from FurPawsMemo.

5. Limitation of Liability

FurPawsMemo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
