Each portrait is hand-drawn by James. Please allow approximately 15 business days for creation after photo submission. You will receive a digital proof for approval before shipping.

All orders are shipped via tracked shipping. Standard delivery time is 5-15 business days worldwide.

Packaging

Each artwork is securely packaged in a custom box with foam padding to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's progress.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at petraphy@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
