Once your pet photo and composition are confirmed, your custom portrait is expected to be completed and delivered within 10-30 days. This estimate includes hand-drawing, composition confirmation, final artwork preview, framing, packing, and shipping.

Preview Before Shipping

You will receive a final artwork preview before your portrait is framed and shipped. Once approved, we carefully package the glass frame and send it to your delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For glass damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
