At FurPawsMemo, your satisfaction is our priority. Because each portrait is custom hand-drawn specifically for you, the following policy applies.

Custom Artwork Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom portrait orders are final sale. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.

Damage During Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Dissatisfaction with Artwork

We want you to love your portrait. If you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a revision or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Digital Proof

Before shipping, we will send you a digital proof of the completed artwork for your approval. This is your opportunity to request minor adjustments.

How to Request a Resolution

Email us at petraphy@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
